Create a unique anniversary happening that gives space for celebrating new and old relationships, while exploring themes and stories from the community!

Challenge

We were commissioned to take over the conception, preparation and implementation for the 10th anniversary celebration for osb's Berlin office. The event acts as a unique community happening and was formed by four spaces, in which the participants could experience, discuss and creatively shape four thematic impulses in parallel during the course of the event. These spaces were embedded in a larger, central spatial and programmatic context in which the entire group of participants could engage in casual conversation, playfully build new connections, enjoy food and drinks, and - in the spirit of a happening - experience spontaneous and surprising artistic and musical performances.
