Lay the groundwork for a new platform
within HM's Future Hub with a focus on
quantum technologies!

Challenge

Development of a scalable event/trade show concept. In the process, an environment analysis was carried out, which precisely analyzes and presents quantum technology-focused events in the national and European or international environment. With this analysis we were able to position Hannover Messe exactly in this area and to develop possible strategy concepts, which cover the needs of the organizers. Based on the results of the analysis and the strategy concepts, we created feasible scenarios, which were later jointly selected by Hannover Messe in workshops. Thus, at the end of the project, one scenario was chosen for further elaboration.
