Challenge
In order to recalibrate its strategies and future activities after the pandemic, France's official agency for tourism and destination marketing set out to gather expert input from decision makers in the business events industry from all over Europe. We were commissioned to deliver a research design and a 12+ month process consisting of expert panels (focus group sessions) in all major cities around France. During the project, insights from European corporate event planners, agency owners, association leaders and journalists are gathered, evaluated and compiled in a study report and a set of strategic recommendations. The collaboration underlines our position as a trusted partner and advisor to leading organisations in the European and international business events industry.
